Restoring a purchase

The unlock is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account. On a new phone, open the app, tap Unlock, then Restore Purchase.

Common questions

It says it can't find anyone in my video. The phone was probably too far away. You need roughly a palm's height of person in the frame — that's much less than it sounds, but below it the analysis is guessing.

It found the wrong number of serves. The app splits serves by the speed of your racket hand. Practice swings and ball-bouncing can occasionally register. Tell us and send the clip if you can.

Why doesn't it score my forehand? What matters on a groundstroke is swing speed, and a single phone camera can't measure that accurately enough to be worth showing you. Forehands and backhands are counted, not scored.

Serve Review does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data.

• Videos you select are analyzed on your device. They are never uploaded.
• Analysis results are stored only on your device.
• There is no account, no login, and no analytics or tracking of any kind.
• The app functions with no network connection.
• Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details, and Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.

Because nothing leaves your phone, there is nothing for us to disclose, sell, or delete on your behalf. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored.

隐私政策：发球复盘不收集、不上传、不存储任何个人数据。你选的视频在这台手机上处理，从不上传；分析结果只存在你手机里；没有账号、没有登录、没有任何统计或追踪；完全断网也能用。购买由苹果处理，我们看不到你的支付信息。因为没有任何东西离开你的手机，也就没有什么需要我们披露、出售或代为删除的。删掉 app 就删掉了它存的全部内容。
