I don't see the "Cut it up for me" button.
Automatic cutting runs on Apple Intelligence, which needs an iPhone 15 Pro or newer running iOS 26, with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings. On any other iPhone the button is hidden rather than shown broken, and you write the steps yourself — that part, the timer, and doing steps one at a time are free on every iPhone.

Does anything I type leave my phone?
No. There is no account, no server, and nothing is uploaded — not your tasks, not your steps, not usage statistics. The cutting happens on the device itself. Turn on airplane mode and the app still works.

What does the $4.99 purchase unlock?
Two things: automatic cutting (on the devices listed above), and an unlimited number of saved templates. Without it you can still write your own steps, do them one at a time, use the timer, and keep one template. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

I paid, but the app still looks locked.
Open Settings inside Chunkly and tap Restore Purchases. That asks the App Store again for what this Apple Account has bought. If it still looks locked, email us and say which Apple Account you bought it with.

How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, not by us, so refunds go through them: open reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you bought it with.

The steps I got back are wrong or useless.
Edit any step by tapping it, and add or delete steps freely — nothing the app suggests is fixed. If a whole step is too big, "Split further" cuts that one step again. If the results are consistently bad for a certain kind of task, email us the sentence you typed; that is the most useful thing you can send us.

How do I delete everything?
Deleting the app removes all of it. Everything Chunkly stores lives on your phone only, so once the app is gone, so is the data. There is nothing for us to delete on our side, because we never had it.

Do my chunks sync between my iPhone and iPad?
No. Chunkly v1 is iPhone-only and stores everything on that one device.
