Nurie Racer
The App "Nurie Racer (ぬりえレーサー)" is provided under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). You can read the full text here:
https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
By using the App, you agree to this standard EULA.
The following are free, unlimited, and never expire, even before any purchase:
Entering a race is free for a total of 3 races, on the first track only, before purchase (does not reset once used up). Starting from the 4th race, or to use the other car types and tracks, one of the purchases below is required — after purchasing, races are unlimited and every car type and track is unlocked.
This is a plain-language summary. The Apple standard EULA above and the price shown on the App Store are the governing terms.
| Plan | Type | Price | Period |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly plan | Auto-renewable subscription | As shown in the App Store | Renews every month |
| Yearly plan | Auto-renewable subscription | As shown in the App Store | Renews every year |
| Lifetime plan | Non-consumable in-app purchase (one-time) | As shown in the App Store | No expiration, does not renew |
The prices above are for Japan. In other countries and regions, the price shown on the App Store applies.
The Lifetime plan is a single one-time payment with no further charges or renewals. It stays usable on the Apple Account that purchased it, not tied to any one device — after a device change or reinstall, sign in with the same Apple Account and use "Restore Purchases."
Payment methods, purchase history, and refund requests are all handled by Apple (App Store / Apple Support). The developer never receives your payment details. After a reinstall or device change, purchase status can be restored using the "Restore Purchases" button on the pricing screen.
Before the pricing screen can be reached, a short parental gate is shown so a young child cannot accidentally start a purchase. Confirming an actual purchase separately requires Apple's own confirmation (Face ID / Touch ID / password).
The App is provided "as is." Warranty and liability terms are set out in Apple's standard EULA linked above.
If these Terms change, this page will be updated.
